Who are you? A small home décor brand sourcing from independent makers across the UK and Europe. We release in small batches, twice a year, and choose every piece ourselves.

Where are you based? London, UK. We ship across the United Kingdom, with European shipping coming soon.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Prices include VAT.

Can I change or cancel my order? Within two hours of placing it, yes. Email hello@decorusdesigns.co.uk and we'll sort it before it leaves our hands. After that, the order is with our courier.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take? Dispatched within 24 hours. UK delivery takes 2–4 working days from there.

Is shipping really free? On every UK order. No threshold, no small print.

Returns & Refunds

What's your returns policy? Thirty days from the day your order arrives. Pieces should come back unused and in their original packaging. Refunds reach your account within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

Who pays for return shipping? You do, unless the piece arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered, in which case we cover it.

Product Care & Materials

How should I care for ceramic and stoneware pieces? Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Avoid the dishwasher, sudden temperature changes, and abrasive sponges. Each piece is finished by hand, so small variations are part of the character, not a flaw.

Are your candles and diffusers safe around children and pets? Our candles use soy and coconut wax with cotton wicks, clean burning, no paraffin. Diffusers contain essential oils that can irritate pets if ingested, so place them somewhere out of reach.
